Our wide deployment of CAD systems, optimisation of computational methods, specialised developers and general amenities provides comprehensive research and development to deal with your new production program or take part in initial research at its development stage.

Stages of design and product development typically include:

  • Patent research and protection of industrial property rights
  • In depth studies
  • Preliminary project
  • Final project, including configuration management for defence technology
  • Producing a functional documentation model or pattern
  • Preparation of engineering documents and technical documentation (TD)
  • Operational design (i.e., research new product concepts)
  • Production of a prototype or prototypes (checking the reliability of the indicators in pre-production stages), including the codification of spare parts according to the NATO Stock Number
  • Producing multiple prototypes
  • The processing of commercial and technical documentation accompanying the product and export of articles to certain information systems for the customer TPV
  • The production of a series of spot verifications
  • Mass production
  • Piece production (in pieces and small batch production).

An integral part of the development of engineering products is, of course, art and colour design of the product and that we are able to handle customer requirements. In favour of the customer's use and lasting partnerships we use basic and applied research from the Slovak Academy of Sciences especially with:

  • The academy's institute of Informatics, Bratislava and Banska Bystrica departments
  • The Armed Forces Academy in Liptovsky Mikulas
  • A. Dubceka University in Trencin
  • The Technical University in Zvolen
