Operating Manipulator

Operating Manipulator

The positioner - operating manipulator is designed for non-robotised workplaces with small batch and mass industrial production as performers of operational and interoperational manipulation and positioning worked object, e.g., welding, assembly.

The positioner is designed to increase productivity, reduce laboriousness during operation and improve the quality of a product. The device is designed for the use under "normal industrial conditions."

Operating Manipulator OM III

  • Three-axial positioner
  • The basic frame is a stationary structure of welded steel plates and profiles. The box construction provides high strength under mechanical stress. The stability of the manipulator is provided by a "V-shaped" base arrangement.
  • Rotary table "A" is fixed in line with a folding arm. Turning the table "A" ensures the worm gear motors are worked through a toothed pinion on ring gear bearings. Geared motors are equipped with friction disc brakes and closing springs for the front of the sliding line and outputs of the electrical wiring.
  • Rotary table "B" is placed in front of a fixed or retractable arm III OM - 2 tons. OM III - 4.5 tons is produced with a fixed arm. The work load is attached on table "B" directly, or through the fixture. The Positioner is fitted with a suspension remote control that makes it easier to work with the device and provides an overview of the situation in the handling of heavy loads.
  • The clamping plate of the rotary table is electrically separated from the whole structure of the manipulator. It is connected to the (-pole) welding unit via a rotary converter of welding current, which is a part of the rotary table.

Operating Manipulator OM II

  • Double-axle positioner
  • The basic version allows the positioner to take various accessories such as tripods for mounting MIG / MAG, TIG, plasma torches and other tools. The table also can be equipped with adjustable support feed.
  • The rotary table is equipped with a collector for transferring welding current from fixed on moving parts.
  • The manipulator operating switchboards are with manual control and hydraulic units. Positioners can be equipped with a suspension remote control that makes it easier to work with the device and provides an overview of the situation while handling heavy loads.

Operating manipulator OM I

  • Single-axis positioner
  • Operating manipulator OM I - 10t consists of two stands. One stand is the OM I - 10t driving and rotating welding unit, which is clamped on a steel construction designed for welding. The second stand rotates freely as a result of the action of the weld reparation.
  • The table driving is ensured through an electromechanical self-locking worm gear-box and countershaft gearbox on catch driver.
